Guy Mason Modernization 


DPR is working with the Office of Public Education Facilities Modernization (OPEFM) to renovate and modernize the Guy Mason Recreation Center.

The project a renovation to the entire facility, with the main goal to ensure an accessible facility for all patrons. The project will install a new elevator; new ADA compliant restrooms on each floor; renovate the buildings art studios; and install new HVAC, windows, and doors.

Schedule and Status

Work is scheduled to begin in Summer 2010 and be complete in Spring 2011.
