Not in Our DC - Litter and Graffiti Prevention

DPW’s unique litter and graffiti prevention program, Not in OUR DC! Pledge to Keep the Capital Clean targets youth, ages 13 to 19, and provides tools to become “agents of change” in their families, neighborhoods and schools.
