Not in Our DC - Litter and Graffiti PreventionDPW’s unique litter and graffiti prevention program, Not in OUR DC! Pledge to Keep the Capital Clean targets youth, ages 13 to 19, and provides tools to become “agents of change” in their families, neighborhoods and schools.  One City SummitDPW’s Abandoned Vehicle Operations (AVO) inspectors circulate throughout the District looking for abandoned and dangerous vehicles to investigate then remove from public and private property.  Recycling Resources for Kids and TeachersDPW suggests teaching resources to help children learn more about recycling and the environment.
