The DC Department of Public Works (DPW) is advising residential and commercial property owners to apply salt or other abrasives, such as non-clumping kitty litter, to the sidewalks around their properties, tonight, March 16. “Keeping our sidewalks safe for pedestrians is in everyone’s best interests,” said DPW Director William O.
