Lucinda M. Babers of the Department of Motor Vehicles (DC DMV), William O. Howland, Jr. of the Department of Public Works (DPW), and Greer Gillis, Deputy Director of the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) will address parking questions during a live web chat on Tuesday, March 17, 2015, from noon-1:30 pm.
