The Department of Public Works Solid Waste Education and Enforcement Program invites residents to join its next online chat to discuss its Helping Hand program on Thursday, May 29, 2014, from 12:00-1:00 pm. DPW’s Helping Hand Program helps community groups organize neighborhood clean-up and community garden projects by lending tools, trash bags, and providing free compost.
