Howland, Jr. invites residents to join him during his monthly live, Web chat to ask questions regarding any area of DPW service Thursday, September 26, 2013, from 12:00-1:00 pm. Director Howland will be joined by managers who oversee various areas of the department including parking enforcement, towing, trash collection and street cleaning.
