Have any structures been spray painted with graffiti in your neighborhood? Have you noticed a trend of repeat graffiti on certain properties? How do you feel about the city’s use of graffiti murals to help stop repeat tagging? Do you know how graffiti is abated in DC? What, in your opinion, is the best way resident and business owners can work together to eradicate illegal graffiti?
